Upon entering the Big Bear Valley we are the first commercial location for visitors, buyers and sellers. Our location averages approximately 1000 to 1500 visitors per weekend! We are an information center for the Valley’s activities, providing maps, brochures and real estate information for all those visitors entering the Valley.
